VoIP Tutorials
So, how does VoIP really work?
In a nutshell, it converts the sound waves of your voice to digital packets of information, which are then relayed over the Internet, decoded, and then broadcast through the hand - or headset of the recipient of your call, all on the fly in real time.
It can take several routes: phone to phone, PC to PC, phone to PC, or PC to phone - it doesn’t matter what type of phone you’re calling to, including mobile phones.
However, you may need some equipment - either an IP-enabled phone, a device to convert your existing analog phone, or to use your PC. You will of course need high-speed internet access, too, preferably a cable modem or T-1 line.
Then your ready to dial - and save!

The Vintalk Network
Back in 2001, the overwhelming shift from circuit-based networks to VoIP prompted Vintalk to develop its own global network using the latest in switching technology, which allows VoIP interconnections with both customers and suppliers. Vintalk has rapidly developed its VoIP network with coverage in more than 200 countries. Vintalk provides service to more than 150 long distance carriers around the world, and the company partners with more than 200 vendors/suppliers who provide termination services in their respective countries.
