Vintalk Customer Care is the single most important part of our entire array of VoIP business phone services. We currently offer customer care in three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.

We want to know immediately if your VoIP service is not performing at 110% to your satisfaction; we have experts standing by to answer questions, solve problems, troubleshoot or otherwise provide you with our “all gain, no pain” service!

Our customer care team is made up of knowledgeable engineers and Customer Care representatives who can address any VoIP phone issue efficiently and expertly and to your satisfaction.

Response times during regular business hours are generally within one hour of a service call. After hours and on weekends, response times are generally within two hours of service call.

If your VoIP business phone problem is not so severe but still a nagging issue, you may want to email our customer care team at customercare@vintalk.com.

Referrals are the best kind of compliment! That’s why we offer a Customer Referral program that pays you back for your kindness. Refer any two customers in any given calendar month and we will credit your phone bill $50 for each new Vintalk customer. Refer three prospects in any calendar month and receive $100 credit on your phone bill, plus, you’ll automatically be entered in our monthly drawing for a $250 gift certificate to Best Buy. Now that’s a program that pays! To qualify for gift certificate drawings, two of the referrals must sign up for Vintalk services.
