Unlike the competition, Vinculum is so confident that our customers will be satisfied with the quality of the Vintalk service, we offer an unprecedented 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will extend a full refund within the first 30 days of service if a customer is dissatisfied and we are unable to meet their needs. It’s just a natural extension of our “All Gain, No Pain” policy.*

In addition, upon request, Vinculum will refund customers for any Vinculum system related outage that is a minimum of 12 hours in duration. Customers will be refunded on a per day basis. Per day refund is calculated by dividing the customer’s average monthly usage by 30 days.

*If Customer is unsatisfied with Vincomm’s services and if for any reason Customer wishes to cancel all or part of Customer’s service bundle within 30 days of activation, Vincomm will refund Customer’s money under the following terms and conditions.

  • To cancel and obtain a refund, Customer must cancel their service within 30 days of the activation of their account by submitting a completed Vintalk cancellation form.
  • Returns Require a Return Authorization Number - Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact Vincomm Customer Care to cancel service and obtain a return authorization number. Customer will be refunded a service fee, leasing fee (if applicable) and a disconnect fee in a timely manner after we receive Customer’s equipment, cancellation notice and leased equipment. Equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Customer must not exceed 250 minutes of free zone long distance usage in the first 30 days of service. Customer is responsible for any long distance overage, international or directory assistance call charges. If Customer exceeds 250 minutes, refund for the first month of service will reflect the overage charges and be adjusted appropriately.
  • Equipment must be returned in the original packaging in good working condition, with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals and registration card(s) must be included. All returned equipment may incur a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price.
  • Equipment must be returned at Customer’s expense to a local dealer or through a commercial carrier.

The Customer Satisfaction Guarantee will not be issued if all of these requirements are not met.
