Vintalk Customer Care is the single most important feature of our product lines of Business Communication Services. We currently offer Customer Care in English and Spanish.

We want to know immediately if your service is not performing at 110% to your satisfaction. Our experts are standing by to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot by providing you with our excellent service.

Our Customer Care team is made up of knowledgeable engineers and Customer Care representatives who can address any issue efficiently, expertly, and to your satisfaction.

Response times during those hours are generally within one hour of a service call. After hours, response times are generally within two hours of service call.
