About the Vintalk Authorized Channel Program
The Vintalk Authorized Channel Program provides the tools and services necessary for partners and resellers to be successful in making Vintalk part of their business. From attractive margins and performance incentives to marketing funds, we will help your business grow.
We offer four distinct levels from which to choose:
Vintalk Brokers recruit potential Vintalk partners so they may receive residual monthly commissions on all their associated partner sales. Prospects are generally directed to the company website (www.vintalk.com) to review product specifications, options and detailed information.
Vintalk Agents locate sales opportunities for Vintalk direct sales and are compensated with a monthly residual commission of the customer’s monthly fees and usage. As with Brokers, prospects are generally directed to the company website (www.vintalk.com) to review product specifications, options and detailed information.
Vintalk Partners receive all they need to successfully market and sell Vintalk products, including demo products, help from a dedicated channel manager and access to our support team, a listing in our Partner Locator, sales and marketing collateral, and targeted sales training. Partners receive handsome commissions and benefit by association.
Vintalk Resellers receive all of the above benefits, plus additional tools and support, participation in our automated lead referral system, and access to our online co-op marketing fund program. Resellers must agree to startup fees and minimum purchase volumes, and typically have the option of product re-branding and direct hardware sourcing.
Vintalk Authorized Channel Program Requirements
As a Vintalk channel partner, you are expected to possess a strong technical and consultative sale and support infrastructure, as well as meet minimum sales volume requirements, which vary by level and region. Our channel partners enhance our customers' Vintalk experience by providing value-added services, including sales, training, installation, support and configuration services. We look for channel partners who strive to go beyond just helping a customer set up and use the Vintalk service. Being able to help customers understand what to do with the productivity enhancements Vintalk provides, and how to improve their overall business communications, adds the expert touch we value in partners.
Vintalk channel partners generally meet some or all of the following criteria.
- Sell and service PBX, IP PBX, hosted IP PBX telephone systems
- At least 3 years of telecom background
- Act as IP telephony integrator, reseller, or consultant
- Help customers maintain the integrity of their hosted IP PBX systems
- Provide installation, training and ongoing system support
- Maintain a minimum sales volume
